These dolls in this collection are for Commercial use. Once purchased you will have all rights to the doll. Only one copy will be sold and comes as is. No changes will be made to the doll. You can immediately download the doll from the site. No email will be sent with the image. It is your responsibility to make sure you save this image as it will not be resent out and only available for 30 days after purchase to you.

Shipping details

When we begin processing orders, part of that process includes printing a shipping label. When that shipping label is printed, the SHOP app prematurely notifies you of shipment of your order, and provides a tracking number. If you receive this app notification, please note that your order HAS NOT shipped. Until you receive a shipment notification email directly from Coco’s Vision., your order has not shipped.


Once you receive a shipment confirmation email, please allow a full 2 business days before attempting to track your order. If you request a status update after receiving notification from the SHOP app, but have not received an email directly from us, we will be unable to respond to your email. Please verify our processing window by checking the top banner of the website (which is consistently updated), or by checking in the Facebook group. 

Shipping Turn around time for shipping is 7-10 Business days. During the time of special promotions (group sales, flash sales, etc) shipping time may be extended to 1-2 weeks.

Once a order is placed there are no cancellations allowed!
