No stickers or anything will be mailed to you‼️ When you purchase your slot for a custom you are agreeing to allow Coco’s a vision to also sale your image in sticker format only. If you agree to this please checkout and email your images. You are allowed a total of ONLY 3 Revisions. After 3 there will be a additional charge. Please make sure you include any watch, bracelets, ring, necklace, hair color etc in the email you send. Collages are great. See the example in the listing! Shipping details
When we begin processing orders, part of that process includes printing a shipping label. When that shipping label is printed, the SHOP app prematurely notifies you of shipment of your order, and provides a tracking number. If you receive this app notification, please note that your order HAS NOT shipped. Until you receive a shipment notification email directly from Coco’s Vision., your order has not shipped.
Once you receive a shipment confirmation email, please allow a full 2 business days before attempting to track your order. If you request a status update after receiving notification from the SHOP app, but have not received an email directly from us, we will be unable to respond to your email. Please verify our processing window by checking the top banner of the website (which is consistently updated), or by checking in the Facebook group.
Shipping Turn around time for shipping is 7-10 Business days. During the time of special promotions (group sales, flash sales, etc) shipping time may be extended to 1-2 weeks.
Once a order is placed there are no cancellations allowed!
